Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
Ian, have you adjusted the prize money we received for season 36? Or have you paid out the prize money for season 37? I only ask as my balance has changed but not by a lot. My finances page says I have received £18.4m in prize money but my balance has only gone up by £6.75m. It seems I have been paid the difference between what I received in S36 - £11,650,000 and what it is saying now - £18.4m.

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
It has gone up 6.75M this morning because I've manually added the ITN Champions Cup prizes. On Sunday it went up of the automated prizes.

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
Am I correct in saying we will still be able to access the old site tonight after the update to see the results etc but until when do you know?

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
yes you are still able to access the old site. Until when I cannot tell you, because I'll surely leave it there for 1 hour, then before going to bed I'll tell the hosting to switch the address, but it can take up to 12hrs for the DNS to replicate. So basically you can access the old site till the new one appears.

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
Things got a bit slower than expected with hosting as the new site is not yet visible, and we haven't tested yet (although I could work behind the scenes anyway), so I guess you'll most probably have access tomorrow rather than tonight.

Re: New Website
The hosting company reports me that they have completed all their tasks, and they already see the new ip linked to our site. The spread in various countries depends is not the same, so sooner or later the first users should start seeing the new homepage.

Re: New Website
Ok guys, DNS replication is going well now, the number of users forwarded to the new site is increasing. There's an unexpected issue with registrations, so I keep the links locked for now. It's midnight here now, been a long day, I start feeling tired and don't want to make mistakes due to tiredness. So I'll be fresh ready in the morning to solve that and start testing. I'll update you tomorrow morning with the schedule. Thanks everyone for help and support!

Ian my password won’t be the same as it now needs to be a minimum 8 characters but my old password was shorter than that...Ian Foletto wrote: ↑20/05/2020, 10:17Yes, instruction will be evident on the new site, anyway I can tell you already you have to match username and password with the existing one. They have to be exactly the same, so the system recognize you.Matt Sanders wrote: ↑20/05/2020, 10:01Hi Ian. This all sounds great.Ian Foletto wrote: ↑14/05/2020, 9:09Users will be unable to login anyway. Due to improved security and GDPR compliance, all users will be asked to provide consent, to be able to do so, everyone will have to reapply to the game, although their profile won't be deleted and it will be matched to the new login. e d
Quick question on the above - how will the profiles be matched? Will it be by username, actual name, email address? Just so that we know whether we need to sign up again with the same username/email address etc.

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
So I've re-registered and logged in, all looked ok, I can see that I have 6 messages and it shows the shortcuts to squad etc but when i click any of that stuff it just says I'm in guest view mode and have to log in, but I wouldn't be able to see those messages etc or have the option to view squad if i wasn't logged in surely?

Re: Roadmap to ITN 3.0
I really did hope to get you in already guys, but I lost half a day yesterday due to the slow process with hosting. We found a few little bugs, which a number of them are solved already. There's a couple of them, probably linked to the managers accounts still there and they're taking a lot of time to debug. So, I wouldn't want to mess it all up at this point, it would be a shame. If unable, I'll let you in tomorrow and we'll reschedule updates. Sorry for this, but I want to be sure.

Tested ok new accounts. Still an issue with porting existing ones.
But I'm too tired to continue for tonight, so I'll start with that next morning, fresh mind and eyes will help. Night everyone, thanks for all help and support I received today.

All application with a password different than the existing one is refused, and it stops the procedure forcing me to start again.
PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T MATCH THE SAME PASSWORD
Users that had a shorter password I will give instructions as soon as I finished the backlog
